We are a non-competitive instructional youth program for children in grades 3 through 8 that want to learn important cheerleading skills and techniques.

The league is designed to teach chants, cheers, jumps, stunts, and a warm up routine that includes stretching and jumping exercises in a safe instructional environment.  With our instructional program we develop values like leadership; teamwork and respect that are accentuated while promoting sheer fun!

We have two cheerleading divisions.  The Jr. Division is for grades 3 – 5 and our Sr. Division is for grades 6-8 and we cheer for the Plainsmen Jr. Football League.

Our 8^th grade squad also cheers for Shen’s 8^th Grade Modified Football Team at home games at the Shen Varsity Football Field.

The season begins in August and runs through to the end of October.
